I like the English. It's the Scots who feel so inferior that they would rather be ruled by an Etonian elite than stand on their own two feet I dislike. Actually, dislike is the wrong word. Pity would be more apposite.

I watched a programme a few years ago presented by the likeable bi-sexual Anglo-Dago-Jock, Michael Portillo. Portillo examined "what it meant to be British" by trawling through the archives of British history and he reached the wonderful conclusion that British values were about the rejection of extremism, in any form, the embracing of multiple cultures, fairness and equality. It was a well thought out show, granted most of these type of things are a bit self-congratulatory but I'd rather that than the constant self-flagellation spoon fed to the limp-wristed left and self-loathers like ST and Toby by Channel 4 and the Guardian. Rule Britannia ya ****ing scumbag ****ers!!

Portillo is different class and embodies the very essence of what it means to be British, Spanish dad, Jock Mum brought up in England, liked to suck cock as a youngster. I find him very relaxing and knowledgeable and would let him suckle on my diseased bell-end if he regaled another tale of how one time, he enjoyed an exquisitely tasting fruit scone on the West Coast mainline between Macclesfied and Crewe.
