bristol sport website not working for wba tickets

    arrrrrrr how many times do you go to this site and it does not work.

    does not even acknowledge seats or infact your a ST holder.

    ahhhhh just found out you click on your id number which turns green and you tickets have been saved for you to order.

    it does redprint just rechecked hover on the id number and it goes green,then click it and it opens up you profile and gives you the option to buy your wba tickets.

    Got mine yesterday no problem, I just say "Oi Wife get me some of those tickets, you bitch"
    When I came round in hospital she informed me that she's got them, just waiting for them to surgically remove my testicles from my abdomen then I can go :)

    I have to buy our tickets over the phone . I got through today and bought our tickets but had to hang on for 25 minutes. How many people would be prepared to do that or let alone afford it. They absolutely need to bring back a ticket office. Another example of how the supporter is seen as the least important part of the business.

    If you are of a certain age and not adept using computers you'd think an organisation would have contingencies in place to keep/help valued customers.
    I tried all day yesterday on the phone and gave up. I emailed a very helpful David Lloyd who even reset my password and still nothing worked.
    I emailed back and said I'd deal in person at the PNE game, he said ok but then came back and apologised - 'sorry tickets for WBA game will not be on sale to season card holders'.
    It's unbelievable how BCFC operate.
