Bristol Rovers are pleased to announce that the Bristol Energy Family Stand will be open for Saturday's game against Coventry City.

The new facility will offer a seated stand that is housed on the East Terrace and will provide a dedicated section of the ground for supporters with young families to watch fixtures at the Memorial Stadium.

With the new stand in operation this Saturday, supporters will be able to purchase tickets in the Bristol Energy Stand for future home games.

The Bristol Energy Stand adds an additional 176 :emoticon-0143-smirk seats to the stadium capacity

Oh dear. I seen it on Saturday and I must admit, it made me chuckle for about 10 seconds. Then I put my hands over my face with embarrassment and said "FOR FOOK SAKE".

Tis a bit of a squash there now, I stand in line with the 18 yard line and it got rather cosy at one point, I was also wondering if it would take off in the winds but I haven't heard it had gone missing
