Sunday 21st September 2025 3:00pm -according to BCFC this is a near sellout so a big crowd expected.

Well back to fortress Ashton Gate and a game against Oxford Utd -City still unbeaten in the championship as we go into game 6. Only Coventry City and Middlesbrough unbeaten in the championship.

Gerhard Struber has certainly got the juices flowing in BS3 with his style of football and us fans are loving every moment.

City sit two points of top on 11 and oxford sit 2 points of bottom in 3rd.
Bristol City will be strong favorites to add another home win Sunday and should be far to strong for Oxford.

The first eleven at present are picking themselves and we should see another unchanged starting eleven on Sunday.

I am going for a 4-1 city win with the team in great form-goals are flowing which has been our biggest problem in years gone by.

EFL Analysis prediction as follow -

    Bristol City vs Oxford United
Bristol City seem like one of those sides that are more likely to pick up results against the ‘better’ teams in this league. Anis Mehmeti was excellent against Sheffield Wednesday last week, and at Ashton Gate the Robins will be expected to control possession. Oxford’s battling point against Leicester City shows they have plenty about them and more than enough to compete. This feels like a draw to me.

Callum’s score prediction: Bristol City 1-1 Oxford United

    Bristol City 3- Oxford United1
    Bristol City 2 -Oxford 1

We SHOULD beat Oxford given that we are in fine form and playing at home.
However, we are Bristol City and we don’t like being favourites. I’ll stick my neck out and predict a 2-0 home win.
There - just jinxed it <yikes>
