Brunt’s experience should be able to help bed in Bakinson and Sessengon. If Palmer does start, you feel it’s a pivotal moment in his BCFC career, a good performance he can kick on, but if he fails against a lower league team like Northampton, you have to think his days are numbered? He reminds me a lot of Tomlin, and to an extent JET, a great talent, but ultimately a lazy ba$tard.
I agree (apart from the lazy quote specifically about him) I just think he doesn't listen thinks he knows better and probably not a great trainer, I think he needs to realise the reality, before his football career passes him by and he is left with regrets.
You could well be right about his attitude, in fact, LJ all but confirmed that in his initial loan spell with us. I think he was almost certainly a signing that MA forced upon LJ, I'm not sure LJ ever wanted him after that loan spell.
I have say you are probably correct, if true it's a crappy way to run a football club. The only thing that I would like to add is LJ always claimed that he had the final say on signings.
I'm sure DH will state the same, they have to really, if not for their own future credibility. I sense that neither statements would be 100% true.
You may be right but if true, it sort of brings into disrespect the call for characters and honesty and tough tackling etc.

In other news it is being reported that talks with Dijon over signing Diedhiou have fallen through, due his wage demands, looks like we accepted a bid for him.

Martin and Mawson are awesome, absolute quality. Martin's hold up play, positional play and passing ability is brilliant. Mawson looks very confident, brings the ball out well and can pick a pass. Semyeno looking good, linking up well with Martin, considering the final ball yet again has been poor, Eliasson and Palmer are very frustrating in and out of the game, Bakinson looking good again, Nagy looks super fit really getting around the pitch and looking good. Sad to see Kalas go off injured, hopefully not too serious.
