A bit early I know,but I presume we will be the featured football match on BBC five live(or five extra)on the first day of the football season? I have not checked if there are any high profile cricket or rugby matches taking place.
England are playing a Test against India at Old Trafford that weekend. I know because I will be there although may have to nip to the pub for a couple of hours at lunchtime
