Didn’t you tell us a two seasons ago you would never go again as long as LJ is there?
And asking everyone else to do a walk out protest.

I hope so, but quite often it isn't with lots of people still on holidays.

There have been a few LJ haters sneak back in a low key fashion - at least Red Robin fronts it up. Red Robins' like Jay from The Inbetweeners, he can front out anything and brush it off with another story<laugh><laugh>

I have not gone back, I'm not an LJ hater and admit he is doing a good job for the club, I am a Steve Lansdown fan and we are lucky to have him, he is the real reason for our improvement but he, like me is still waiting for City to win something, major difference that guy put's his money where his mouth is,me I just relax in my bolt hole in Cornwall and enjoy the occasional pint of Stella.

It wasn't aimed at anyone in particular Wiz, especially you. More the point that 2 years ago there were 'LJ out' banners and boo's from him from many fans (a lot not on here) saying they wouldn't go back as long as LJ was in charge. Our attendances tell another story, or, of course we have found a new, replacement fan base at the same time - a bit to coincidental for me......

Mate I honestly didn't think for a second you did, the banners and the banner boys , the booing and those horrible threats to LJ were all a complete disgrace and made me feel ashamed that such lowlife occupy space at our club.

I still think Bristol City FC is special and that is a fact.

I agree Wiz we are lucky to have SL, whom appointed LJ to lead the club and although not won anything as such, has probably been one of the most successful managers the club has had........has to count for something................ok yes, he has a bit of money, but not huge amounts, unlike some clubs in the championship and we've been competing well.......of course icing on the cake would be to earn promotion..........................lets hope for another good season.

I would like to point out that it was just a tongue in cheek comment to RR. I know that he never ever did not go to the Gate. Equally I know some stuck true to their word and not go again.

Johnson should have gone after that terrible run, SL backed him and at present LJ has done well on limited spend.

However my club Bristol City FC are bigger than any owner, chairman,Manager or player.

Been watching them a very very long time consistently and my heart is with the club.

Let's hope for a successful season and just may be the dream might come true.

    Last season was great achievement.
When I look at that fixture list it's going to be very difficult to better.
