Not content with being found guilty of the same E(3)2 racially aggravated charge as Suarez, and even though he is lauded and co-opted onto FA panels in ludicrous gestures of tokenism, Ferdinand still goes on to boast how he tried to intimidate his 'friend' Ashleigh Cole to alter his evidence in a criminal court. Imagine had Suarez tried to do the same thing with Latin American and Spanish players from Man U who gave evidence in the Evra hearing, and continued to spout of the pressure he applied.

Ferdinand still plays in this country. Surely he should expect some response from the FA at the very least, and the CPS too for admitting to attempted witness intimidation?

Intimidate him into telling the truth?

His suggestion is that Cole was lying.

After watching the QPR game today, that point is rather debatable.

The truth is for the court to establish, based upon the evidence presented to it. You use the same argument used by Al Capone and Thomas Cromwell, Tobes. Shame on you.

  6. Talking on the "if Suarez had done it" front. Anyone see Welbeck go down injured yesterday before jumping up to join the Arsenal attack including taking a shot at goal? Suarez got slaughtered for the same thing last season! not a work about Danny <doh>

Welbeck is British, ergo above suspicion.

So what's your point? Welbeck should be slated for being injured because Suarez was?

  12. No, I defended Suarez at the time because he got up and carried on despite injury because that's his passion and desire for football and winning. My point is, he was slated for it too but not one word as been uttered about Welbeck doing the same thing. Its the usually one rule for English players and another for the rest. If not that then just the usually vendetta against the god awful devil worshipper that is Luis Suarez.
