I know that i am dreaming and that it would never happen but how about booting rafa now and appointing Ray wilkins for the rest of the season? I bet you he would jump at the chance!!

Carlo Ancelotti on Ray wilkins, "Ray is one of those select few, always present, noble in spirit, a real blue-blood, Chelsea flows in his veins ... without him we wouldn't have won a thing."

Ray wilkins, "chelsea still have not given me a reason for my sacking"

Butch in with JT as his number 2.

I know mate, worst part is it's hasn't even remotely been justified. Sacking of Carlo has been the most ludicrous one of them all in my opinion!

Apparently some ass on the board had him ditched over comments he made! We're on a rocky road with some of the dicks we call our board! I know they have to do things that dont offend RA, but if they are that bright, why dont they ask him for 10 minutes to tell him where he's going wrong?

Problem is BM2, that RA is not a seemingly rational man. Add to that ,our Board consists mainly of synchophants with their snouts in the trough ,and no one will say a dicky bird.
RA with or without the Board, makes mistake after mistake with managers and assistants and yet never learns a thing. Rafa is by far his biggest balls up and will cost us plenty before he's done.

Strangely no! I believe he told a senior board member (one of Romans mates) he didn't know what he was talking about at our Cobham training ground, and was dismissed on the spot!

Rafa should be capable of a top 4 finish which is the bare minimum now for this season. So keep him until the summer and then have a serious evaluation of how this club is to be taken forward, what the project is, who should be at the helm for the next 3-5 years, what youth players are finally going to get a real chance, etc.

If Jose stays at Madrid/we're not able to get him/our board are too arrogant and egotistical to ask him back, then I'd like Moyes to come and ruin his own career here <ok>

    Agreed.

Jose is number one choice and Klopp probably second (but can't see him leaving Dortmond). Moyes deserves a chance at a club where he can win things (no disrespect to Everton who are a major club but don't have the money to allow Moyes on to the next level).

    Simply can't see it though.

CPOL--- Wilkins was paid off and part of the deal was ,that he was not allowed to discuss his departure with the media! However , sometime after the event people close to him, revealed to story of the circumstances of his dimissal, which were that Eugene Tennenbaum was at Cobham and was offering an opinion on the tactics of an upcoming game, and Wilkins who thought his opinion was daft and said as much ended up being rewarded with his P45. The subject never hit the press but has become common knowledge and it has been referred to in a roundabout way by callers in to CTV .

I'm sure the whole board at Chelsea had no idea what Ray Wilkins did. Even ministers without portfolio have served in Cabinet on the front bench. It takes a real man to admit his mistake. Anyone seen any at SB recently?
