I'm thinking of going to this game and taking my brother who is also a QPR man and he lives in Seaford. I had a look at the stadium info and I can't be having that stuck in a corner bit. Are the Brighton fans/stewards wary of away team fans in non-designated areas. We're reasonably well behaved on most occasions. Any advice gratefully accepted.
You'll need a BHAFC fan number to buy a ticket for anywhere but the away end. I have an ST in the East upper (boy born and bred is a little Seagull) have often seen away fans in the Bar, but normally they are with a home fan.. if you do go in there you'll get a few funny looks, but no more. Avoid the North - the fans there are the true home stalwarts (no plastics or JCLs) With the numbers of our away support, our fans will be pretty much behind the South Stand goal anyway so provided you get an early ticket you shouldn't have a problem. Much nicer being with the Rs fans, and the bar staff in the away section will all be wearing the hoops - a proper home from home!
Thanks, if I make it, you've got a pint and a coke, at least. We aren't intimidated easily. I'd have preferred a more central view. However, thank you very much for the heads up, a win is what we want. Hopefully see you soon.
