Well it's make or break for Jewell when we face another tough fixture against table toppers Brighton. Anything is possible after we "Gained a point" away at Barnsley on Saturday. If all goes to form then we will be in for an absolute mullering but you never know we might actually surprise a few people and get a good result. Now that the players have come out and said that they are right behind Jewell and will play to keep him in his job this could be the start of an amazing winning run! Brighton 4 Ipswich 1
I normally go for an Ipswich win and then we lose so I will go for 4-0 to Brighton. ( Hope this works!) coyb!
I think we'll play well for spells, but ultimately lose. Smith was a disaster, glad he's now sub. However, for me, a lot of goals always seem to come down Cresswell's side - how good is he really? 3-1 Brighton.
1 - 1 - which will be viewed as a great triumph - although this will really show just how far expectations have fallen at a football club that once ruled Europe.
2-1 to Brighton. Chopra in the first ten mins and then PJ says in the post-match interview, "...we had the quality but just couldn't get it in the net. I understand how the fans feel but we're hurting too. There were a lot of positives to take from the game and the lads are ready to turn the corner now" ...again.
3-1 Brighton We'll have a clear cut penalty denied, Chops will miss a host of easy tap ins, they'll go up the other end and score and Big Jason Scotland will score a late consolation
5-1 Brighton. Apparently PJ didn't do the press conference yesterday because he was spending the day with his family, I'm so glad he isn't to concerned about it all!
i've tipped brighton to win the division so should be a big test for you. is it a good time to play them or a bad time? will they be suffering from their first defeat in a long while or will they be a hurt animal? CMS is the key - not sure if he's fit to start though. oh, and lads, no silly banners this time eh...
