Anyone going/ wanna join up for a beer / nightclub? Traveling down quite early from the West Country, gonna have a few beverages, watch the game then have a night out after. If anyone wants to put the world / Ipswich to right feel free and happily meet up with any of you. You never know, if you are going you may have the misfortune of being next to me in the ground for 90 minutes!
I've a good feeling about these next 2 games with both Brighton and Burnley dipping slightly and despite the win Saturday we'll be looking to put in a better performance. With confidence high away from home I think we'll bag 4 points. I'll say 2-2 for Tuesday.
Well lets think about it- We've certainly picked up. Away in the division, 4 wins on the spins ( yes granted vs some dodgy opponents, but that MK win looks better now they've taken points off both Wendy and Cardiff )- Whether the performance was popular or not, we won that game and picked up a much needed 3 points! Us and Wendy have opened up a mini gap, and what's working in our favour massively is Boro's game with Blackburn was P-P so they should be fresh today vs Wendy. Good chance we'll be 6th even before tomorrows game. With Fraser back, Oar getting onto the pitch, we've certainly got a hell of a lot more options going forward this season. We've also reeled Burnely in! Perhaps it's not just 6th to play for..... COYB.
Not being funny but it's a load of bullshit when people say we are playing for 5th or 6th, when there is still half season to go and we are only about ten points off top!
Recently, our side possess the endearing knack of proving my pessimistic predictions wrong, and long may it continue! In that vein of thought, and hastily overlooking Brighton's failure to win in their last four games and our own encouraging form, I'm going to predict a 2-1 loss with Sears getting the consolation.
About to drive to my mates, then we're Brighton bound. Fear not all, I'll yell abuse on all your behalf at this plastic club.
2-1 town, Freddie & Pitman. 1st 20 mins will shape our performance. Gulls will be keen to stop their mini wobble. My boy Tom will be there, I am resting in France! Top 6 come the New Year....very happy but realistic.
have a good feeling about tonight, which sadly doesnt bode well because whenever i fancy us.......we lose!!
Fraser and bru start, Sears up top, bloody happy with that, a tad unsure about Skuse and Douglas in what looks like a 442 but good attacking side!!
