If SB signed these 2 players, he wouldnt have been aloud to step foot in the SOL again, but i trust MON's opinion. Just a shame that no flair has been added to the squad after a number of injuries lately.
terrible signings O'Neill only signing them because his hands are tied shame on Quinn and Short not giving him any cash!
Don't think it's a question of cash, there's not a lot been spent by the whole EPL, most deals have been short term loans, i can live with that then let MON see how it developes till the end of the season before splashing any cash.

I know what you are saying about flair (a couple of midfield players please MoN), but when it comes to defense I want some no-nonsense players. I thought WB did a great job back in the Chelsea days when Cole wasn't playing, and he had a few good games at city too - I just wonder if he still has it (haven't seen him play for ages)? We really need rock solid central defenders - brick ****houses, if you will, with a bit of intelligence. Chris Samba would be amazing. Bardo, Samba, Wes, Bridge - sounds good to me.
I was reading the forum from about october onwards, seemed like a good crack so i joined. Its meant to be a football forum, but it seems there is a circle of people on here who have formed a pack and refuse to let outsiders in, i just feel sorry for them, how could a football forum mean so much to you.
Liverpool fan in peace. Just seen the Kyrgiakos deal go through. As i'm sure you'll know after reading about him, he is an ex-Liverpool player. Got yourselves a decent player. Works hard, is an absolute beast at the back and got us some goals as well! Think he'll do well and I wish him luck.
He wasn't the best defender we had at the time but he worked his socks off and always did a decent job when he was called upon. Think most Liverpool fans respected that and will wish the lad well. Like I said in my earlier post, he's a decent threat going forward as well. He'll be a good short-term signing for yourselves in my opinion.
