Is the reason that there has been no transfer activity this close season down to Brian Marwood or is it down to the owners getting ready for FFP. The way both Chelsea and PSG have been spending money they don't seem to be worried about it. If that is the case that the owners are worried about FFP, then I think we will find it harder and hareder to keep on competing at the top, unless they start think about expanding the ground a.s.a.p.
