    Rudy Giuliani has been caught with his hands down his trousers (allegedly). Now I have not witnessed the scene in question, so can only comment on what I have seen reported, but! He says he was only tucking his shirt in after having removed the microphone. I can see that, but. He also says he had accepted an offer of having a drink with the young lady involved, but. He was lying on the bed when the alleged incident took place. Now, I ask you, how many of you lie on the bed to tuck your shirt in?
