http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/35919247 It seems that the social elite in favor of staying is tugging on the heart strings of football fans to vote in favor of remaining in the EU by scaremongering that an exit will result in 400 footballers having to leave these shores firstly the is a two year negotiation on the terms of exit the day after the vote nothing changes. After that it would be up to the UK govt to negotiate the terms and decide on workers rights from EU states in the UK. it seems not a day goes past where a stupid statement in favor or anti EU membership is made Lets face it we all love a player that makes the step-up from youth to the full team after all as a fan the is nothing better that seeing "one of our own" play. thoughts?
It will make no difference when we leave the EU, players will still come and go Only Commie leftwing loons will vote to stay in
We'll being a fan of the club that have reinvented the England squad, I would love nothing more than for all foreign players to be expelled from these shores. Yes, there would be an immediate dip in quality, but that would recover over the ensuing decade, as our academies got to grips with the issue. We should never be afraid of change, or of the challenges that change presents us with. In any event, it's never going to happen. Free of the EU, we would decide who could cross our borders and stay here, not the faceless bureaucrats in Brussels.
