Nowt as I understood it but that was something posted by a fan some time back and might have got it wrong. The big european clubs can charge up to £250,000 for a match it depends on how many of their first teamers they agree to play

£1 million apparently cost to Bournemouth Madrid playing all except 3 at the funny tournament so not too bad for £60 really

They must be hoping for massive crowds then or they could take a massive financial hit unless there is a TV deal involved.

    Modern football sucks

    I wouldn't pay £60 for 90 minutes of football
with the £60 spent i would expect a three course meal
    a few pints of cider
and a couple of lap dances from Holly Willaboobie

Neither would I, not even for City.

I also think the cost of the Glasgow Rangers tickets are very high for a pre season friendly against a Scottish 2nd division team.

    I wouldn't pay £60 for a friendly

Dean Court capacity is 10,700 - so by my maths the most they can make is £642k on the gate (less when concessions are taken into account)

............. Hang-on though, just had a thought ............ this £642k will be part of their annual turnover, so may be a way round Financial Fair Play for Bournemouth with rich Russian owners????? By my reckoning they could spend an extra £7.5k per week on wages.

Correct - footy these days is all about money. I was shocked when I heard the price Bournemouth were asking but they will still sell out as suckers want to tell their grandkids that they saw the great Real Madrid play.

Wonder if Harry had something to do this with - got his old pal Modric to help arrange it in return for a cut of the gate going to his tax dodging dog.......?
