Pretty wild asking price in my opinion, £400m for a club who’s pretty much gone as far as they’ll go and have nowhere near the infrastructure of most PL clubs.

In reality it's a gamble based almost entirely on TV money.

 

well they are in the Premier League and a London club reason for the high price

 

They’re trying to catch a rich yank with his pants down at that price, they might catch one anarl.

 

The money in football is wild. I imagine the price is due to London and the new stadium.
