    I went on the Brentford forum earlier to have a look and I was surprised to hear them refer to us as ‘scum’ and ‘ their cup final’ other.
    Seriously when has Brentford ever been like that with us? I have never thought of them as rivals, just a local neighbour. The Wigan game is more important.

    I cannot understand why the bees don't like us. Andy Sinton, Martin Rowlands left to join a bigger better club. We now have Barbet in our defence who left them for free and MW who is turning and developing us into a good tight unit.

    And we gave them a footballing God in Stan

    It all stems from the supposed takeover in 1967 by Jim Gregory, the truth of the matter was their chairman came to us with the proposal but it didn't go far, they have whined about it ever since
