Another road trip for the Whites, this time to the capital to meet Brentford at the ground with a pub on every corner. Tough game this one, the Bees had a good win over Swindon on Tuesday night and are third in the league.
They have good options up front with Trotta, Donaldson, Wight-Phillips and Forrester, so the Whites need to be on their guard.
Bit of a bad tempered affair at Deepdale mind you how much of that was down to the departed cockney boy is not known.
Wright, Welsh picked up injuries so possible changes, get a point will be a good result.

A clean sheet would indicate 'hard to beat'.

Probably was a penalty although considering the ones we've not been given this season an extremely soft one. Glad to see Mr Claridge thinks there are only 3 big teams in the league Coventry, Sheff U and Pompey, the man really is a knob

Steve Don't-talk-while-I'm-interrupting-you Claridge has never heard of PNE. When he is on the M6 he can't go beyond the m62.

Looking at the BBC stats, it does seem as though the Bs had the best part of the play and that Rudd pulled off one or two excellent saves. Howeve, in short periods NE were a threat. Perhpas a desreved win for the Bs but a hard earned one and credit to NE for going to a tough game and putting up a good challenge. Just paste Orient next week.
