it should be Roy not buck. He as roped us all in with is humble F***ING lies. He would make a modern day Uriah Heep
Faty, did Rodgers literally sell you a dodgy car? because this cant be about football surely. You should go to the NOT606 Used cars section, hope this helps
he told us he would go if a big club came in for him, they don't get much bigger than Liverpool ! I am not happy he went to them after refusing to speak to them a fortnight ago, but he told no lies you fool !
he did not refuse to speak to them valley they never asked to speak to him....jinks getting it all wrong again im afraid...
I feel sorry for you guys though. The Mirror is saying Rodgers is going to snatch Sigurdsson away from you and bring him to Liverpool. He's also going to raid you for Scott Sinclair. If this is true then it's pretty horrible of him to dismantle your team and leave you in threat of relegation... because that's where you could be next season without good replacement players and a decent manager.
The Mirror They've made a deal of some sort that we can't buy any of their players for the next 12 months .. I'm happy about this because we have good connections with Swansea and I wouldn't want to change that. P.S - If anyone can post a link to back this up, then feel free too, cheers
Cheers wigger. No hard feeling about Rogers going to you, but if he came in for our guys, well, that's the connection gone.
Sounds like the Mirror was talking crap as usual. Still, he may try to take Sigurdsson if the deal isn't done. That would be pretty nasty because I think most fans were ecstatic about him joining permanently. I hope you keep him because he's a great player who I would hate to see at Liverpool. I wanted Arsenal to get him tbh.
He's entitled to take Siggy. He's not our player. If Siggy refuses to agree personal terms that's down to him, not Rodgers.
Perfectly understandable Hope you do well next season and I for one will welcome such a great club such as yourselves back to Anfield once again.
No point having hard feelings with the Pool fans, not their fault in anyway.. Rogers made a choice to go to a big club and said he would at some stage - we just hoped it would be later... Just hope the relationship between Rogers and Lpool work out like planned as if he is binned then him being poached from us and potentially turning us upside down would be just for Lpool to just give it a bash... Again if siggy goes to lpool, will be gutted, but hey ho nothing we can do... Giving us a year is great... If next manager does well, then players attitude may warm to the new manager like those who warmed to Rogers and want to stay anyway and we do poorly and get relegated then our stars are gone anyway... I remember feeling the same when Honest Bob left (someone called him that recently and thought it class) and some of the players went on record to say how gutted they were too... We all then had Buck - it can and will happen again.... .......That said, we'll be in this same boat again.....
One thing though..... If Liverpool thought we were determined this season, wait till we meet next season... Everyone is so going to be looking for this fixture and be up for it.... Talk about pressure on Brenda for that game..... Hope he don't get sacked if Liverpool lose lol
"sneaky car sales dealer" ..........................At least the sneaky car sales dealer can't touch our players!! Well done Huw! I want 6 points not 4 of Liverpuds this seaon.............. please log in to view this image There's only one thing worse than an 'Irish sneaky car sales dealer', and that's an 'Aussie sneaky car sales dealer'!............. please log in to view this image
Agree with the sentiments above. Liverpool fans have been generally great with us over this and its much apprieciated I must also add that alot of fans from other clubs have been very sympathetic too, i guess everyone can see that its been quite harsh on the Swans this last week. Rodgers? well, im not that upset TBH, nothing to with what he has done here, he has been awesome but more to do with the fact we all had a feeling he was always a big job offer away from leaving us in the ****, these last few months. As a club i think we learned alot from Martinez dumping on us, we might just have enough experience of this kind of thing to ride this storm out and keep on track as a club, it will not be easy though. I would be amazed if Siggy signed for us now, with him and buck together we would have been mid table now its all up in the air and i wouldnt blame the boy for keeping his options open. I still live in hope with him though and if it did happen the wave of positive energy would really give the club a jump start
On a serious note, and just for the record, Rodgers has apparently told Siggy, that he should sign for Swansea, if this is true, then I think we can keep the unity of the squad, and push on this season, with GJ! Respect to Rodgers for that, if true..................
