Long time ago when I lived in the west out there, things might have changed. Funny lot sometimes. Vancouver and Victoria Island probably two of the best places to live on this planet, but east of the Rockies?.....****ing cold most of the time! Found the city police OK, but outside of the cities the Mounties are in control, absolute prats! Don't believe all you read about them.
