    Redfearn refused the job.
Cellino was only offering academy coach wages for head coach job.
Redders will be leaving the club.

He ain't signed the contract as offered, and that much is factually correct as of right now.

Yea but do you not think that someone is reading into it a little bit more. He was only selected a couple days ago, we have no idea how long it takes to make sure everything in the contract is perfect. Seems to take ages for players to re-sign so could just be a similar thing with Redders being understandably picky.

If it's only the Indi clown saying it, I wouldn't bet my house on it yet. He's one of the many permanently negative anti Cellino brigade. I've unfollowed the lot of them at this stage. Bloody idiots. Mind you, it could still prove to be true. I'm way past being surprised at anything anymore

I believe Redfearn will not be offered the kind of wage he would and should expect, you only have to read his comments the other day to realise that is a sticking point however surely he would just continue as academy coach if that were the case?

I hope ur right. But if my boss thought so little of me that they insulted me by trying to "promote" me to a more senior position without an increase in pay I would feel insulted and under appreciated so would be looking for another job. Difference is that Redders would find one very easily.

What is the going rate for an academy coach, I wouldn't imagine it is that great. Redfearn has got to be thinking realistically that he might be looking for a new job within 6 months. I wonder how confident Redfearn is feeling about the quality of the squad, is he looking at it thinking it isn't as great as Cellino believes?

Most of these in club promotion to manager positions are concluded in a day or two, this appointment is entering into the "do we have a problem phase". I was surprised to hear Redfearn wants an assistant, we know Cellino does not work that way preferring a coach to improve his players, interesting few days ahead?

Why surprised Redders wants an assistant? Cellino allowed both Milanic and the Hock to have one. Him and Cellino obviously at loggerheads over the Salary but I doubt very much Redders would leave just cos of that. Would just not take the job.

Redders won't sign before Saturday .. he will go and beat Cardiff and then say to Cellino, "Right, there you are, now give me my terms."

Negotiations continuing today between Redders and Cellino according to West Yorks Sport retweeted by Adam Pope. YEP reckon Redders wants it sorting before the Cardiff game.

Novica Nikcevic a Serb was Milanics assistant Ristac. Though I doubt anyone can remember his name after such a short tenure.
