In a shocking turn of events, it was announced today (06 July 2011) that Cardiff City FC have secured the signature of Robert Earnshaw, a player with no previous history with Watford FC and not on the current list of possible Watford FC signings. The news comes after it was announced Cardiff FC and Watford FC were in final talks regarding a proposed move of Watford FC to Cardiff. Malky Mackay recently stated his ambition of up-rooting the Hertfordshire club and relocating to somewhere near the Leckwith area of Cardiff. Cardiff City Stadium, currently the home of Cardiff City FC, is favourite to be the new home of Watford FC, who will subsequently be renamed, "Cardiff City FC". There are already plans in place to turn the vacant plot in Vicarage Road into a zoo.
