Hence your most recent threads that are not sticky drop off my screen and I have a large laptop screen To answer the question, he has had two full seasons in the job. The Chairman I believe stated anything but promotion was a failure after season one, now season two that target was not achieved again. Hessy had one season remaining on his contract, reports stated he had stepped down after discussions with the Chairman and he has been offered a director role. I assume in a capacity to search for players here and in Europe. Whether he accepts the role or a replacement manager would be happy with that set up is to be seen. So everything in regards to any replacement at the moment is pure speculation and will probably not be known until the end of the month.
