So far this guy has been sent off once, given away 2 penalties and been booked in very single game so far in pre-season, don't get me wrong I thought he had an alright season last year but is this not deeply concerning?

was player of the season until he got injured last term, he's just coming back from a serious injury so it's all about getting his fitness back, he's just mistiming his tackles at the moment, hopefully he'll be 100% fit at Liverpool and we'll have a great player on our hands. Apart from that he's ****e lol

I think most of his fouls are no fault of his own and are caused by a mysterious third leg that brucie has alluded to in interview. Terrible affliction to have.

If not for injury think he would have beaten the legend known as mcbardo to player of the season.
Noz is there for cover if TB blows it. No need to panic.

I do admit i am slightly concerned but as been stated he is coming back from a serious injury. The same goes with Turner as he gave a penalty away also. Im hoping he will be ready for the Liverpool game as this is something we definatly dont need at Anfield.

He must want away, but he better not do it against the mags or he and Bruce will be out. We are no further on from last season and worse now with no Darren bent, he still could sign Defoe. He says Sesegnon can be his 4th striker how?, he is a midfielder like Richardson is not a defender, and we are on a hiding at liverpool now. I will give Bruce till Jan then thats it, he should have got in Nzogbia and Charlie adam and Defoe. We will not get 40 goals next season then i think someone like Benitez as manager. Oh and what happened at Burnley ? laughing stock again.

My first plea of the season. Bruce, DO NOT play Bramble against the mags, that's all.

Should that not be your first and last plea of the season then?

I've always felt Bramble was like Nosworthy - an accident waiting to happen.

    Scary.

I know what i am talking about as thousands more SAFC supporters also know, we think we are better than we are no Bent, Jones, Zenden and why was Muntari not signed ?, just because he did not perform in a few games like half the team last season, come next May people will say i was right, like when i said Reid and Murray should have went in 1997 but the warning was not heeded and the rest is history. I would like to say everything is great but it is not, the friendlies have proved that.

Because Muntari was ****e while on loan at us and we'd have had to match his wages at Inter, £60,000 a week. Kenwyne had one good game in ten, much like he does at Stoke. Their fans were asking us to take him back last year. Zenden couldn't get a game last year.

Evidently you don't know what you're talking about.

The friendlies have proved nothing except that the team is lacking fitness which is expected, that Bruce isn't sure of his best 11 yet, again expected and that the lads haven't gelled yet, guess what... Also expected.

Human nature............I suppose we all believe what we know and say ...............
Perhaps though we should consider the possibility that one or two may know better .... such as a football manager...........

The club have made great strides in the last five years, and I for one think that's great ....

the others have picked up on the rest of the rubbish you've come out with but i'll just take a quick look at this point.

1998/9 - promotion to the PL with the record number of points accumulated in a season in the 2nd league.

1999/2000 - our best league finish (7th in the top league) since 1955. just to let you know, that's a really long time.

1999/2000 - european golden boot winner. remind me the last time one of our lads won that?

2000/2001 - matched our best league position since 1955.

...i suppose the rest is history? no way should reid and murray have gone in 1997. idiot.

Easy that one. Cos he was utter ****e. Simple really.

As for Bramble, he's ok, but nowt special a decent member of a squad.
