Maybe a couple more signings, with a little more premiership experience, and I'd be pretty happy.

Don't fret on experience. Look at the player and think to yourself "can lambert mould this guy" and "are get hungry"

This guy turned down a new contract with Leeds because he's ambitious.

With experience, we need a hyperdrive version Of old mickey Nelson! A major leader, but I have no suggestions

Fingers crossed that rumour is true! He'd be a good addition, and Lambert could turn him into a really quality player :)

If it comes off, it's another good signing. Also, for three good players, we've not exactly spent a lot have we?

He's good at NPC. Never in a million years Premiership quality. And he turned down our contract offer because we weren't willing to offer him enough money, common knowledge. Decent, but nowhere near as good as you seem to think Beef. Never know though, could suddenly come good.

Come good like every other player lamberts ever bought

The guy screams out "lambert signing" I can't really explain it but look at crofts, fox, Russell Martin, Tierney all these players cost **** all and will easily get on in the prem because we develop a certain type of player.

The environment we create causes rapid development in particular players.

Its all about forming a winning mentality in the player and the belief that he is better than he thinks and should be playing in the premier league. Crofts isn't technically that good I don't and is a similar player to Johnson. Tenacious and a ball winner, who also has a sweet strike on him. More good competition for no fee is exactly what we need. Depth is key.... ;)

Agree, would be a solid signing for us, good attributes, hungry and would IMO gel well with the squad! Sign him up!

I'm afraid that sweet strike 999/1000 ends up hitting someone in the stand. I think he's only ever scored 3 of them his entire time here!

I think we have sealed the deal with Brightons superwinger Benet, He is a quality player and will be perfect on the right....

Maybe Johnson can persuade his mate Snod to join now? ;)

Absolutely right whats said above about moulding the player.... just look at fox.... couldnt even get in the Colchester XI then he comes to Norwich and assists the goal that puts us in the premier league and cemented his place - whether he'll play next season I dont know the Midfield is going to be the hardest to guess the starting line up as we have so much quality there..... with Bennett apparently on his way aswell I could even see us playing a 451/4231 formation in some games.

No doubt PL will chop n change formation and tactics depending on the side..

It's looking like Vaughan, Morison, Johnson and Bennett in or coming in. Snodgrass, Osman (young and ambitious?) over priced. Hope to see Lansbury and Pacheco back on loan. I only hope that the squad that got us to Prem are also given chance to shine and not overlooked for the above. Can't see McNamee, King of Spain, Korey Smith, Cody McDonald or Oli Johnson getting much of a look in. Cody McDonald deserves a go in League 1 or Championship and perhaps there may be bids in for him soon.

Its no wonder Leeds fans think Johnson is no good for the Premier League. With Grayson in charge of him its no surprise.

Give it 2 months in to the season and they'll be saying he never played that well in a Leeds shirt.

Grayson couldn't motivate a fish to swim!
