Bradford City manager Peter Jackson has brought in another trialist in the shape of former Nottingham Forest striker Nialle Rodney. The 20-year-old has just been released from the City Ground, and Jackson was keen to run the rule over him. Rodney joins ex-Leeds striker Tom Elliott, Steven Arau, Scott Brown, Patrick Lacey and Nakhi Wells on trial with the Bantams. Of his latest addition, Jackson said: "He's another forward, along with Tom, that we can have a look at. "He's extremely quick and has a good goalscoring record. I feel that is something we lacked up front last season - pace - that ability to get behind defences and really stretch them. "I spoke with Billy Davies after a reserve-team match last season with a view to bringing him in on loan for this season. "Billy then left the club and slightly surprisingly Nialle was released as well, so now we can have a good look at him."
