Just tabloid guff but been linked with the Assistant Managers role. Always liked him, think he's a good representative and it would be good to think BFS was brining in a right hand man who knows the club - or knew. Is Ball still around? I think all clubs like ours and yours need locals or ex-grafters on the pitch to try their best to keep the players grounded in what the fans want/expect.
I think if any of the usual Allardyce's coaches were available and willing to come to us then they would be here now
