Any of you had to have braces or did your kids need them? Grove Junior (senior) said she wanted them but the NHS dentist reckoned her teeth weren't bad enough to warrant it and get them for free. She is still wanting braces but they can cost up to £5k depending on what type Grove Junior (junior) might need them once all his milk teeth have dropped out but the dentist won't decide until then. My suggestion that it would be cheaper to knock their teeth out and get dentures didn't go down well.
