    Ordered my son a Man Uniited strip online the other day. Ordered large mens instead of large boys. ****er on the phone there saying there's **** all they can do 'cos I got his name on the back. This can't be right? Surely I have a right to return it? If he had been standing in front of me I would have punched the head clean of the Manc ****.

    Check online, there should be a number to call to reverse 0845 charges. I have one in my phone for 0800 numbers

    Cant find one for 0845 but there is a site which gives you a non 0845 number thst you can use to call the same place
