Harsh but true, it's the only way the board will listen to the voice of the club. No joy typing opinions, ACTIONS speak louder than words.......... The fans are this club not the inept manager, we pay their wages, we have a voice, unfortunately not a vocal one. BOYCOTT THE HOME GAMES
What complete rubbish - how on earth is boycotting the home games and generating less income going to help us???? I support my side through good and bad - the players need our support
Harsh reality, the only way is down under this lot.. The team will only play to its ability, even if there was an empty house, its not about loyalty, dumbass, its about having a say, with sheep like you following they will get away with murder.
13k against Ipswich for this seasons opener worst attendance since our championship return! 18k against Millwall for last seasons 14,5k average attendances last 2 seasons I think the boycott has already started we will maybe get 12k against pompey as they will sell 2k themselves
How is not supporting the team going to improve your results??? However, after what I saw yesterday I believe you could go down. You were exceptionally awful (and I am honestly not trying to wind anybody up - it's just the truth). Thankfully, you have one really good player in Maynard, plus two decent wingers. But, your defence (against an attacking pair who are not great) looked terrible. Your two wingers looked useful, but this is compensated for by your midfield -which could hardly be worse. I've got it right in previous seasons, identifying the relegation fodder quite early on in the season. I am struggling to think of three other sides who will be worse than you: Peterborough, Watford (now without Graham, Buckley, and Cowie) ...... then I get stuck. Just hope for your sake that Palace have not improved either.
I understand why, but i'm not, I am only saying what others are thinking, I been B City for a long time, my grandad took me to watch Sheff UTD @ home in 1968, we drew 1:1, a reasonable regular up until i got made redundant after the playoff final, been down in dribs and drabs when i can afford it. Clive Whitehead all time great player.
So going to a home game to support my team is being a sheep? You have not explained how a boycott is going to help the team or the club. Loss of finances surely makes the situation worse??
I will not be losing the club money by not attending as my season ticket is paid for so financially, it woild be a futile gesture on my part HOWEVER, and despite previous comments, I have NEVER, NEVER EVER, NEVER EVER EVER missed a home game except through serious illness or being out of the country in the last 30+ seasons, including the post war record low of 3,000 odd one freezing night at the bottom of the 4th division but frankly, I really have no interest in watching that anymore... When someone like me says that, you know its got to be bad.... I am not sorry to say that I put £100 on Cardiff to win at 4/5 on Sunday - it was an absolute cert and I will continue whilst KM stays in charge, its the only consolation I will get out of this misery....
Prem, you've got bigger balls than me,the 4th division saga,I was there as well but I can't stop going down,I scream,I shout and I'm pissed off at Millen but I'm one of the fodder,I'm sorry to say but I will still go down to see the boys in RED......
I haven't decided yet Wiz, I just really see no way out of this under KM - I genuinely feel sorry for the bloke because I don't believe he has the full support of the players and frankly, he doesn't know what to do about it..... If I stay away, it will be solely to register the strength of feeling on the subject....
