Nothing......he should have been subbed instead of the move GT made.

Would have made Jacobson man of match but he didn't tell Richards where to get off when he was given jip in last 15 mins. He at least tried.

The removal of Summerfield was staggering. McGinn, talented player though he is, was struggling to influence the game. Summerfield had been the pick of the 4 in the centre in my book, and while I can understand the inclusion of D. Mac to give a bit more bite, it had to be either McGinn or one of the forwards who was withdrawn.

As I said pre-match on the other thread, I wouldn't have thrown Grandison back in unless it was for Hurst. I trusted Turner's judgement as he sees him in training and would therefore be a better judge of his fitness levels than I, but he clearly wasn't sharp enough. I also think we lacked any organisation. Mambo did have a go at the other defenders for dropping too deep about an hour in, but he had been guilty of sitting back when the others pushed up earlier on. Goldson, although young and inexperienced, is a very good organiser and isn't afraid to tell more experienced players if they're doing something wrong.

It was a rather feeble effort from us as it looked as if only Bournemouth had something riding on the game. Wherever you looked there were Town players having poor games. Morgan was absolutely dire and looks as if he knows he is not getting a new contract. Taylor's form has mysteriously vanished and Grandison looked nowhere near fit. Despite his baffling substitution I would give MOTM to Summerfield who always looked to inject some energy and pace into our game.

Morgan does some things very well, just not scoring or assisting at the moment.
