I like Mark Chapman but think he was trying to make something out of not very much here. Obviously not a good idea to let anyone meet the players at half time but there really isn't a huge amount for the BBC to make an issue about.
I was listening a couple of weeks ago to the "Suarez Handshake" debate and found it pretty annoying that Jason Roberts kept chipping in, interrupting and arguing with callers - he'd made his point of view clear, which was fine, but then he kept criticising every caller who had a different view. As a result the phone in degenerated from a debate into a confused row. The programme used to be a gereat listen but has certainly lost ground in recent weeks.

 

I don't bother with it anymore, all that happens is people try to ring in and talk and the presenters just interrupt and have a go at everyone and refuse to let anyone have an opinion that isn't the same as theirs. ****ing rubbish radio station...

 

He'd had a few shandies I think, a few words didn't come out right.

I don't know much about this Bournemouth bloke, but he seems like a bit of a loon.

I can't decide if I liked how Chappers slapped him down, or found it a bit annoying.

 

To be fair, Chappers question was a load of bollocks.

 

The guy is completely nuts its not the first time he done something like this! it wasnt that long ago he was trying to fight with a fan when he went on the pitch and had a go at him! plus he is the one who told the fans that if they dont like the way he runs things(or something like that) then they should go support southampton! a lot of the cherries fans i know hate him and what him out lol

 

Pity this guy Mitchell never had to come up and have an interview with Brian Clough and Peter Taylor
