    Who does this guy think he is?

    He hasn't even decided on a 2012 driver line-up and he's already talking about wanting two "big names" for 2013. What about Senna, Grosjean and Petrov then? It's not going to help their confidence if Boullier is implying that these guys are basically throwaways and will only remain at the team for one more year. Grosjean hasn't been given a proper chance to prove himself in F1 and it seems to me like he's already been pre-judged and deemed not good enough for a 2013 seat.

    Is he that arrogant to assume that "big-name drivers" will even consider driving for his team? It's clear they don't have the resources to keep up with the top teams during the season and their reliance on pay driver Petrov says a lot about their finances.

    Sorry Renault/Lotus fans, but I hope this team under Boullier goes down to their 09 form, so that no decent driver will seriously consider them.

    What did Boullier even do before he was made team manager? The guy is just clueless and is really damaging the team with his incompetent leadership. Remember last year with the whole Raikkonen thing? And now both the current drivers have criticised the team. I did not care that Heidfeld got sacked because I think he is a pretty average driver and did not really do anything at Renault but Boullier still ****ed that up by trying to blame him for the car catching on fire and exploding <doh>. Renault used to be very good at developing their cars throughout the season and now they are just terrible and have been caught up by teams like Toro Rosso and Sauber. To make matters worse Renault give their drivers a hard time by putting them on ******ed strategies in a desperate hope of getting a good fluke result which is exactly what the whole team has been reduced to by Boullier's management.

    I'm curious to know what big names he thinks he can attract.... Right now I'd say he's doing a fine job of turning drivers away.

    Some of the comments regarding Kubica really piss me off there, especially the suggestion that it was Kubica who let the team down. It's not like he planned on almost crippling himself, and if the team didn't want him going off rallying, then they should have made damn sure that his contract forbid him from doing so. They should be grateful that he lived and is willing to return to such an outfit. I personally hope he gets a Ferrari seat and tell them to jog on!

    /end rant :p

    Yes, I'd read Boullier's words shortly after he spoke them.
    As far as I'm concerned, every time he opens his mouth, he reinforces my already lowly opinion. I'm beginning to wonder if there exists a driver (who has driven under his supposed 'leadership') who has not become disenchanted with him.

    As I have said before, in this forum and elsewhere: I would not want him anywhere near a team I had anything to do with.

    @forza Ferrari

    Grosjean is sure to be racing for them next year, read Boullier's interview on the F1 site

    Could this man have any less respect for the drivers under his "leadership"?

    Do you remember when there were people fighting for a Renault drive, seems like Bouiller is stuck in the past / useless.
