From the BBC Website QPR boss Neil Warnock wants to sign Rangers and Algeria World Cup centre-half Madjid Bougherra as the Loftus Road club prepare for life in the Premier League. http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/new...-League-campaign-Exclusive-article730764.html I don't know much about this guy, any ideas? Obviously we will be linked with allsorts (not the Bertie Bassett type) over the coming months.
I know the name Rollercoater, that's about it. Maybe the fact he's in the SPL probably gives us a bit of a benchmark as to his ability.
he's a good player.. would be a good signing for most premiership teams, got a bit of pace about him too, il take him
He's one of Rangers best players - being an exiled QPR fan who lives in Scotland, I know a fair bit about him and he's a good player, and would fit in well at LR - and should come a a decent price as Rangers are skint! He's also made it known that he wants away from Ibrox He played against England in the World Cup last year, and had a good game (although the way that fiasco turned out I could've kept the England front line quiet that summer)
Saw this and wanted to share it:Sergio Ramos, the Real Madrid player who dropped the Copa Del Rey cup off the bus wants to sign for Leeds.... So he'll never be able to drop another trophy again
I know people like to deride the SPL but... actually I'm not sure about Bougherra - he's played in the worst Rangers team in a while. They have spirit and determination but they have flopped against the only other quality team in their league this season, us (Celtic). Many players come into the SPL and get hyped and deserve the hype, many others don't. Celtic's current left back Emilio who is being hyped to go to Arsenal, Chelsea etc is one who I personally believe won't make it as a top class player, Bougherra is another one who is hyped above his level.
