I get the feeling that today's games are crucial at the bottom. Bolton and Blackburn by virtue of playing each other are guaranteed points between them and if Blackburn were to win then I think that on 31 points they may be out of it.

Wigan and Wolves need to win.Whilst draws for either would be creditable results given their positions a single point isn't going to help much.QPR benefitted from Liverpool's capitulation but it is difficult to see O'Neill's Sunderland being as generous at home.

Bookie's odds to win today :

    Wigan 12/1

    Wolves 4/1

    QPR 3/1

    Blackburn 2/1

    Bolton 6/4

    Interesting ? Stat.

Norwich have taken 16 points from 8 games against the bottom 5.Against the top 5 it is 1 point from 7.

Simple really. As long as we don't lose to them we can't be caught. Every point we get from now on are points gained but when you only have 22 they are two points dropped.
All this talk of battling for every point is the usual cliche ridden tripe from managers at the bottom. What it means is, christ we're in the **** but I want to keep my job when we're relegated.
