Boruc In Contract Talks

I thought he may well have been off in the summer to be honest, assuming Mowbray is to stay he will probably want more wholesale changes so i presumed a Boruc, Brown or McGeady would be off to finance this.

I thought he was great against Rangers & whenever he doesn;t play we look even more likely to leak goals.

Considering the defence infront of him I've been happy with his form of late

I've seen us with good keeper before and a great keeper makes a big diffrance to a good keeper. For me he's a great keeper and would do want him to stay. He's seems to have sorted himself out and is again the best keeper in the country.

Of course the press will tell you its McShagger and then put up his save against sammie in the old firm before last as evidance but it was in the middle of the goal I'd be raging if my keeper failed to save it ****ING HUN PRESS.

If we could unearth another young Boruc for cheap then fine, sell him for £5m & use the profit to improve other positions.........I don't think Zaluska is a first team keeper for Celtic, he's steady enough but not a great keeper like Boruc.

Dunno - I liked Zaluska when he was covering and to be fair, didn't see that he deserved to be dropped.

I think Boruc wil sign a new contact but only to increase his value...

Without Champions Lge money, Celtic will have to sell some of the higher value players ... McGeady n Brown can get tae **** anyway!

What is the problem a lot of fans have with McGready? The biggest fault with him is our over reilance on him but you can't blame him for that.

Brown has never been consistant but has done a great job on occation I not sure our system is best suited him either.

Zaluska is a good keeper and great back-up Boruc is a lot better though.

McGeady must stay

As TTC says he suffers from being our only quality player.

Watch when he gets a pass compared to other folk. Kamara gets the ball & folk are around him for a return pass or whatever..........McGeady gets the ball & they run away expecting him to beat both players he's up against & put in a perfect cross!!

Brown will be a great player in the next few years, I'd be hesitant to sell him now for less than £8m for fear of him being worth a hell of alot more in 2 years time!!
