Does any1 have any opinions whether the game on sunday will have a DERBY ATMOSPHERE or just the usual atmospheqpe? Also, any1 know how ticket sales are going up to now?
It's always been a wee bit above a normal game in terms of atmosphere, and being a cup tie should lift it. I heard 36k sold, meaning close to 40k on the day, realistically. Good going (if accurate..)
Depends on how many are there I suppose. I wont be as several of their bad lads are coming intent on bother & I aint risking my bairn getting injured by something one of their evil ****ers have lobbed.

I know quite a few Boro hooligans. Alot of their old boys have come out of retirement apparantly and started going to games. I think itll be very well policed on the day though!
I just have an awful feeling about trouble mate. My mate married a smoggy lass & moved to South Bank, he reckons the pubs in Boro are full of crack about them "giving us a smacking" & they not talking about winning the game. The fact that Teeside police have told them all to make their own travel arrangements means to me there will be botha before & after the game. I knew some of their "boys" back in the 80's & some of them were nipped man. The police will have to be on their mettal on Sunday, just be careful.
