Easy Ringo. The theme do seem to be making progress as are Millwall. With that many points on the board you are usually shopping for easter eggs. Keep it up, we may yet meet on wembley way. Also, I heard one of your legends (Tiny) passed away. I hope he gets a proper send off. I'm sure he will.
There will be a fitting send off to a legend within his own right, recognized by the club as well, when most others would had swerved the issue. Meeting eachother in the play-off final would be nice, but what would be nicer would be one of us goes up automaticly and the other wins the play-offs, then we'll both be happy
Scuse me for butting on this thread but noticed the bit about your recently deceased supporter who had quite a profile and how the club was decent about it. Puts our club to shame as was driving by a house last Friday with a hearse outside, and the coffin had a HCFC shirt resting on top. Clearly a dedicated fan yet as with other deceased fans, the club don't seem to care about acknowledging the deaths (except in a very few well publicised cases). I appreciate the club can't 'invade' a bereavement but nevertheless the impression is they don't give a toss about people who followed them decades through thick and thin (thin and thinner?). Well done to Millwall in this instance.
When someone dies and their family notifies the club there is normally an obituary in the matchday programme and in some cases a plague is placed on the Wall of Remenbrance at the ground. Tiny was a fan who everyone respected in the days where you stood your ground in your quest to support your team, he was also a gentleman, not the medias stereotypical view of Millwall fans from that era.
