A little common sense applied for once (though it's still daft that it only applies to season ticket holders)... Following changes to the way in which we sell match tickets brought in at the start of the year, the Club has slightly revised its policy for purchases made over the counter in Tiger Leisure. Starting from our Emirates FA Cup away fixture with Arsenal, there will no longer be a £2 per ticket booking charge for Season Card holders buying away match tickets over the counter. Postage and transaction charges will still apply for tickets bought online and over the phone. Ticket details for the game against Arsenal will be announced once a date for the fixture has been confirmed. http://www.hullcitytigers.com/news/...-the-counter-2938625.aspx#QdDFPkSJdFfLxiub.99
It is still daft that you can no longer book online and collect from the KC. That needs addressing next and quickly. It does not matter to me but I know a few who are un-happy about the lack of being able to collect from the KC.
