please log in to view this image The Club has opened a Book of Condolence in remembrance of its iconic former Captain and Assistant Manager Alan McDonald, who sadly passed away on Saturday. The 48 year-old - who made nearly 500 appearances for the Super Hoops spanning over a 17-year period - died suddenly on Saturday morning while playing golf in his native Northern Ireland The Book, which will be in situ at Loftus Road, will enable all Rangers fans and the worldwide footballing family to record their memories of 'Macca' and send their condolences to his family. It's good to see the club do this so quickly. I'll be getting myself down there soon to leave my message to the great man.
I signed it this afternoon and would urge everyone who possibly can to do the same. Try to go prepared with something to write, I just looked at it for a few minutes and was too choked to think of anything half way decent to say.
