Bony - Please dont let this be true.

oh no! There are strong rumours circulating than Bony has faked his age, apparently he was actually born on 10th December 1983 which would make him 29 years old.
He said he was 24, this isnt confirmed but if it is true then I will not be happy with Bony, we thought we were buying a striker with sell on value and of course a younger player.
Let's just hope this isnt true, but something tells me it could well be.

It's taken me about half an hour to remember my password to log into Twitter I type in Bony and find out he's been granted his work permit, I thought I'd be giving you breaking news, by telling you he's had his work permit, but no!

 

Phew! Be good to see the lad make an appearance on Sat, looking forward to him and Michu tear apart defenses

 

I think the 29yr old Bony will form a cracking partnership with the 37yr old Michu and the 53yr old JJ shelvey(that's why he lost his hair ??)

Im not sure what the 72yr old Gary Monk will make of it all though ! ....

This was already known to Dutch media when he joined Vitesse. There were big question marks about his age but it all checked out. Same thing happened with Ahmed Musa who joined VVV Venlo around the same time Bony joined Vitesse. Musa now plays for CSKA Moscow. It has to do with the papers in Nigeria, footballers are paying officials to make them look younger on the documents to make them more attractive for youth systems or lower table clubs. If he really is 24, we will never really know for sure.
