First off I'd like to say it's terrible what happened to Muamba and no-one ever wants too see a young man in that condition and want to give him my best wishes.

But I was wondering how this might effect Bolton's season. I don't think the team will react very well too this and won't be training properly so could struggle for any more points. As IMO it's between us and Bolton too finish 3rd from Bottom so could be interesting.

On the other hand they could want too really perform for Muamba and this could galvanise their season.

Which way do you guys think it will go?

A bit of fixture congestion for them will suit us nicely, hopefully Blackburn will thrash them on Saturday to start their demise...

    What, all ten games?
If we do that we might nick a spot in Europe, hypothetically speaking of course.
Wouldn't be too upset to lose out on that; all that foreign travel might upset our rhythm, but it would be a handy new excuse.

With their run-in, it would take an extraordinary run from us to stay up. A win tonight and there will be a glimmer of hope but still not much imo. The optimist in me says that we always do it the hard way but we've got too much to do unless SWP turns into Messi and Barton into Roy Keane.

He's recovering well by all accounts so there isn't really anyone 'to dedicate survival to'. Maybe this is now just a distraction for them. But I always thought they were safe with their run in, sadly Blackburn are pulling away.
