Lets get back to football matters on the pitch rather than speculation off the pitch! Town are back in action tomorrow and on their travels to face a lowly Bolton side who are surprisingly at the wrong end of the table! Dougie Freedman who just missed out on a play-off spot at the end of last season seems to be struggling to find the right blend for his Bolton team. Last season Town completed an easy double over the team from the North West and if we play as well as we can I see a first Away win for Town is very much on the cards. We were good against Burnley but lacked any real penetration so I expect a positive reaction from the players tomorrow as they will want to convince Mick that his future definately lays in Suffolk. I'm going for: Bolton 0 Ipswich 2 Didds Skuse I would also like to wish the travelling Blue Army a safe trip up to the North West!
We've got that clown of a ref who sent off Lee Martin and Richard Stearman in that game against Forest! And he's from Lancashire! We're F uc ked then!
Dull and dreary 0 - 0 nailed on in my opinion they can't win at home, we can't away so a draw seems the only possibility
3-1 Bolton. Our players are playing with lead weights attached to their feet this weekend. We'll go behind and heads will drop.
Hampy I'm worried you may be right. If Skuse has said all the player talk is about Mick will it distract them. Or on a positive note go out a play the game of their lives and show MM what he may miss out on. 2-1 Bolton. Sorry. Anderson.
Warky I'm generally really optimistic,it just concerns me if he hasn't given the players in inkling of what's happening are they gonna be playing with uncertainty.
2-1 McG and Murphy. So long as Gherkin's* fit. With Loach in goal, anything could happen. Mind you, after Derby... *Intentional weak comedy
