Not good at all. All Sky/Radio/Press think about is the Premiership and every club cashing the pound sign at the end.
The whole thing needs to be sorted. Wage caps/ticket prices/agents fees/coverage and money.
Otherwise in a few years all we will be left with is an American style system with about 16 teams and many old historical clubs will die.

Sad for any club (Millwall excepted!) to go through that.

Sounds like there is a takeover in the offing and the current owners trying to force the issue.

only neil warnock could save that club, its all about management and they dont have any managerial geniusus hence there club will die its a shame because they were once a proud member of the top flight
when i was at school they were one big name club
then the whole area seemed to recover and bolton whent back to the top flight but once more there directors got it wrong in the managerial department and this is the result

How far behind them are we?????

There by the grace of god and all that............... it could easily be us except that our debt is internal debt owed to the Directors. If they forced the club to pay them off, how would we raise £200m+++++? Now there's a scary thought.

Wigan players have always been paid with luncheon vouchers and discount cards for crappy sports shops where none of the staff have the faintest idea how to help with fitting a football boot. It's why Perch is so **** now, he's eating properly again, his system is confused.

Our saving grace is that we are in London and where we are is being regenerated/redeveloped and there will always be some silly sod with money in the capital city whereas it's harder up north

We don't have to, our owners have converted the internal debt to equity, if they want their money back (or more likely a tiny proportion of their investment which has added no value to the club at all) they will need to sell shares. They are the club, there is no us and them.

I doubt it Sooper, though his recovery time is doubtless shorter than mine. At least my collapsed tooth has a temporary filling in it now and won't require root canal work. Small mercies etc. I've reached the age where my body is my enemy, it disintegrates when I put it under any pressure.
