    The care home said "no" to him going. I thought a care home was a place where old folks lived, not a prison.

    Except they didn't say "no" to him going. They asked if he wanted to go and he took so long to make his mind up that the chance was lost to go on the organised trip. He then decided to go under his own steam without telling anyone he was going. Stupid old git.
