    Con men and shysters depend on the greed of the gullible to succeed. What if Cellino, a man with money was suckered into believing investing in LUFC was the way to riches by way of the Premier league. The shyster pulling the strings may not want promotion to the Premier league as he is making a lot of money milking the club with no expense or effort, and he still owns the assets.
