    Being reported that he has dementia.

    That is very sad to one of the greats, Horrible illness, Father in law had it for 5 years, so cruel to watch the decline and how it affects others around..

    it is one of the cruelest illnesses and no cure but some natural "medicines APPARENTLY can slow it down... but would that be kind?

    A terrible illness that just takes lives away in the most difficult way and I wish him and his family well. My best memory of him was at Wembley in 1966 when he left the pitch locked in arms with also great Eusebio and they were both clearly in tears which showed the tremendous respect that they had for each other. Respect is a commodity long since diminished since those days and Bobby has been well deserving of ongoing respect.
