I'm not surprised. The mods on here are a joke. I've been advertising a new forum that I've designed but no-one seems interested, so I've given up on that. Someone needs to make a proper fair forum.
Shame. This place was good when I joined. Arsenal board is dead too, we didn't even get any WUMs laughing at us for drawing yesterday.

I have a feeling when 606 goes it is going to be really hard to keep everyone together. I wanna stay with people like merry, daveunited, batmanu, barry plastic etc but it I just dont see any forum sustaining any sort of consistant rythym. I had high hopes but everyone just seems to have stopped using this place. I thought sport witness would get a lot of people but that place is even more dead, there are barely any articles. I dont really care what a forum looks like, I just want decent posters.
I'm on here and new606 and sw. Here has the most members but the most popular threads are porn. Sw is good looking and does have people talking. New606 claims to have like 3x members sw has but the posts don't show that. More on sw now than here. Maybe cos if server thing.
We had a shed load of members join not 606 and there isnt any difference between this place and new606 last time I checked. I havent been on here for a couple of days but thats literally coz the site went down, thats not going to help anything tbh, if that sort of thing happens then people are not going to wait around, they are going to find a new forum that does work all the time. The only fans who do this place justice IMO is newcastle, shed loads of threads on their board 24/7.
Oh and I would also like to take this oppertunity to say **** the bbc for making this problem to begin with.

I havent. I looked at sports witness, it looks good but I dunno how long I would last on there tbh, me and the people who run dont often see eye to eye because I am very opinionated and dont often let debate lie if I get properly into it. I think I would have to watch what I am saying because I would very soon find myself banned I think for something that others may get away with because I ruffle a few feathers. Im not saying thats definate, but a possibility. Havent looked at any others apart from this, sw and new606, which looked exactly the same as here so I didnt bother joining. What happens on general chat? I dont often go there tbh.
Don't go there to genearal. I don't think you'd have problems, they all seem alright. Apparently there was a big aggro on 606 yesterday and a link was posted, great read. The person who runs it said some people backed them ip they'd had runs in with and if you're the same name, I saw one was you. Anyhow I reckon they just want to act like a member than be all high n mighty.
It was looking good here but its died off very quickly. I think some changes need to be made. No idea what though. Make it more inviting to the average forum user. Removing the swearing was probably a good thing. I suspect some people get intimidated on here and dont come back as alot of the posters are quite strong minded or just ridicule posters. The fact remains when 606 goes there will be a fairly large number of people looking for a new home. While it is still around a lot of people continue to post on there so the break away forums are going to stay fairly quiet for a while. Its catching the users when 606 finals closes that will make or break a lot.
Never fear, I'm still here. I just haven't been posting much lately as I was very hungover! I think 606 closes on 8th May, so there will be a better chance of getting everyone to join the one forum as that date approaches. I've signed up to a few forums but will likely settle on the one where most others go to.
